Colibrium is hiring a Sales Executive to join our team!  You will play a critical part in our fast growing technology company servicing the health insurance vertical.  Our smart, innovative team is changing the way customers buy and manage their health insurance benefits with our Tuo® and Tuo® Dynamics CRM solutions. 
The ideal candidate will have a strong background selling complex software solutions to key executives.  Your target territory will be the northeast and you can live anywhere close to an airport with a preference for the Atlanta, Chicago, New York or Seattle areas.  We anticipate travel in the 50% range.
Sales Executive Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales from prospecting to pipeline management to negotiating a final agreement
  • Identify, qualify and develop growth opportunities with new and existing health insurance clients
  • Expertly present Colibrium product solutions and value proposition
  • Collaborate with product SMEs and the delivery team to sell the appropriate solution identified through product evaluation, discovery and the sales process
  • Build and cultivate effective relationships with clients at the strategic level
  • Work primarily from a home office with travel to client sites, conferences and conventions

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Extensive experience selling complex software to key executive in enterprise or mid-sized companies
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn and sell our business, product and value proposition
  • Professional presence with superior verbal and written communication skills and an engaging personality with ability to build strong relationships
  • Intrinsically motivated to exceed expectations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Hunter mentality with proven ability to find the right contacts and close business
Preferred Experience
  • Experience selling into the health insurance carrier and/or broker market
  • Experience selling CRM solutions
