Colibrium is hiring a Marketing Director!  This is an exciting time to join Colibrium!  We are projected to be the fastest growing vendor in the $3.5B health insurance sales, service and wellness automation market. 

As the Marketing Director, you will be a vital part of a fast growing technology company in the health insurance vertical.  You will be part of a smart, innovative team marketing and selling solutions that allow insurance companies to attract, retain and engage their customers in the new world of insurance.  You will be responsible for collaborating with the executive team to create and manage the execution of the marketing strategy including a re-branding and launch of our Tuo® product suite and the re-design of all company materials including the website, collateral, etc.  The Marketing Director will measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of Colibrium through agreed goals and objectives.

The right candidate will have 5+ years of broad marketing experience to encompass traditional, digital and social media marketing practices as well as event/conference planning and execution.  Must have experience successfully creating and executing a product launch for a software company.  Must be detail-oriented, organized and have strong planning and project management experience.  Strong preference for this position to be in Atlanta, GA, but will consider Seattle, WA as well.

Responsibilities:  The Marketing Director will help create and execute Colibrium’s corporate marketing strategy and promotions, including messaging, website redesign, webinar and conference planning and marketing and advertising materials. Primary responsibilities include:
  • Plan and execute marketing and branding objectives across all products and services
  • Contribute to developing marketing strategies with the executive team
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies
  • Collaborate with the executive and product teams to recommend product and/or services changes based on customer feedback, market trends and industry analysis
  • Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities
  • Coordinate with global marketing team to develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader
  • Lead content generation and production across all media platforms
  • Prepare and adhere to marketing budgets
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials including print ads and publications
  • Ensure brand messages are consistent and nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share
  • Drive Colibrium’s social media strategy and engage with consumers and/or clients
  • Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of Colibrium in the media
  • Recommend calculated risks based on data-driven analytics
  • Drive overall CRM and direct marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Engage with other organizations within the community
Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree - Marketing, Public Relations, or other Business Communication field preferred
  • Experience in product or services B2B marketing in the software / high-tech space
  • Experience developing content-based marketing campaigns including direct mail, email campaigns, advertising, corporate communications, white papers and/or webinars
  • Expertise in website analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Domo, Dynamics, Salesforce), optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience analyzing product, customer and market dynamics to determine greatest opportunities for product sales and differentiation opportunities
  • Strong project management skills to plan and deliver marketing initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and translate data / research into actionable marketing programs with simple go-to-market messaging
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with teams to maximize results
  • Creative with the ability to capture and convert an audience
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25%
 Preferred experience
  • MBA or other marketing degree
  • Health insurance industry experience
